01 General Terms & Conditions

Z99 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the company") is an international online gaming and betting platform operated at https://z99.wine. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between z99 and its members ("you", "member", "user").

It is every member's responsibility to read these Terms carefully before using any z99 service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali; however, the English version shall prevail in the event of any legal dispute.

02 Account Register

Membership on z99 is completely free and voluntary. You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or incorrect information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

  • Each individual may only One Account per person. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are detected, all accounts will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.
  • It is your responsibility to keep the email address and password used during registration completely confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
  • Z99 reserves the right to decline any registration without providing a reason.
03 Age Verification & Eligibility

Z99 is strictly for adults only. You must be at least 18 Years The following individuals are not permitted to use z99:

  • Any individual under the age of 18.
  • Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
  • Anyone who has previously been banned from z99.
  • Officers, employees of z99, and their immediate family members.

Z99 may request a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document at any time for age and identity verification. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, the account will be temporarily suspended.

04 Deposit and Payment Policy

Z99 supports multiple Bangladeshi payment methods for deposits, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

  • The minimum deposit amount may vary depending on the payment method.
  • Only use payment accounts registered in your own name. Payments made through third parties will not be accepted.
  • Deposits are usually credited instantly. If you experience any issues, please contact the support team within 24 hours.
  • Z99 is committed to preventing money laundering. Verification procedures may be initiated for any suspicious transactions.

Warning: Never use another person's bank account or mobile banking to make a deposit. This is a violation of z99's policy and may be subject to legal penalties.

05 Withdrawal Policy

Z99 is committed to paying out winnings quickly and securely. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

  • The account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
  • Deposited funds must be wagered at least once, unless separate terms apply.
  • Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements.
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 48 hours. Larger withdrawal amounts may require additional verification. z99 reserves the right to hold or investigate any unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests.

06 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Z99 regularly offers exciting bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

  • Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, one time per person. The Welcome Bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same device or IP address.
  • Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 20x to 30x) before withdrawal is permitted.
  • Duration: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
  • Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games. Using a bonus on games other than those stated in the bonus terms may result in the bonus being voided.
  • Z99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
07 Gaming Rules

All games on z99 are conducted in accordance with international standards. If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, z99 reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount.

  • If your internet connection is lost during a game, the data saved on the server will be considered the final and definitive record.
  • The dealer's decision in Live Casino games is final. Results will not be changed unless a proven technical error is established.
  • If a Sports Betting event is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded unless the betting rules specify otherwise.
  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a software or algorithm error, z99 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the z99 platform. Violations will result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

  • Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets.
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly (Bonus Abuse).
  • Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes (Collusion).
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
  • Attempting to hack z99's systems or any other member's account.
  • Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's personal information.
09 Account Suspension and Closure

Z99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
  • Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months).
  • Self-exclusion at the member's own request.
  • At the direction of legal or regulatory authorities.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any balance remaining at the time of closure (excluding bonuses) will be returned through the designated process.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

  • Your information is used solely for service delivery, verification, and compliance with legal obligations.
  • Your information is never sold to third parties without your consent.

12 Changes & Amendments to Terms
